A teenage girl who had not returned home since October 3 was reunited with her parents last Saturday morning.
The parents of Jasmine Fruean said they were contacted by police early that morning to be informed that their daughter had been found.
Before she was returned home, she underwent a health check, and her father said she is in good condition.
The parents said they are thankful to the Department of Public Safety, and especially to the police officers who managed to locate their daughter.
They also thank members of the public who offered prayers and expressed concern about the safety of their daughter.
The parents said police and social services are interviewing their daughter about where she has been during the time she was missing.
