The Vaitautolu Taufetee Campaign Committee has donated power tools and essential supplies to Nu’uuli Vocational Technical High School, in response to a recent break in and theft at the school.

A press release from the committee says, “Recognizing the pivotal role of trade education and the essential demand for skilled tradespeople in our community, the committee’s donations aims not only to replenish resources, but also to serve as a symbol of hope and resilience.

“Amidst economic challenges such as unemployment and poverty, and social issues like peer influence and drugs impacting our youth, Vaitautolu and Taufete’e’s unwavering support sends a clear message – Our Young People are Not Alone.

“This act of generosity is not just about replacing stolen items; it’s about igniting a spark of optimism and determination within the hearts of every student, staff, and faculty at this school.

“Vaitautolu and Taufete’e are proud to stand shoulder to shoulder with the NVTHS community, embodying the collective spirit of progress and solidarity as they rebuild dreams and support the future of the trades industry.”
