Add a second silver and a fourth bronze medal to team American Samoa’s medal tally at the Pacific Games.
Last night, Nolita Motu bagged a silver medal in the women’s powerlifting competition, while Marcel McMoore Collins snatched a bronze medal. Both competed in the 84kg+ division. Great job ladies.
This brings our medal tally to 2 silver and 4 bronze medals. 
In beach volleyball, Tali Coleman and Vaea Tago went up against a powerful duo from Tahiti and unfortunately lost 2-0. They have two games today: first against Fiji at 12pm our time, then against PNG at 7pm our time.
Today is the opening of the 3-on-3 Men’s Basketball competition. American Samoa faces Papua New Guinea at 2:25, our time. And then Solomon Islands at 6:55, this evening.
