
The Veterans Memorial Stadium is now buzzing with activity from the Farm Fair, and more than 30 food vendors are now selling various food items.

The Farm Fair got off to a quiet opening, with Deputy Director Siauini Taala welcoming and thanking farmers who are participating.
A total of 150 farmers are showing the fruits of their hard labor in the form of crops, bananas, taros, yams, fruits and vegetables. 
The section that was attracting a small crowd after the opening is the plant section showing anthuriums bromeliads, orchids, ferns and fruit trees—some never before seen on island.
There were a few stalls displaying elei printed fabrics, fans, shell necklaces and other handicrafts.
Roy West of Vatia was displaying various plants and fruit trees.

The Farm Fair continues until Saturday.
Food stalls are set up on the west side of the stadium offering BBQ, fast food, smoothies and Asian food. The vendors will be selling their menu items up till the close of the Arts Council program, tonight.
