Hawaiian Airlines passengers are being weighed in at check-in, both, here and in Honolulu. The passenger weight survey is to comply with a requirement by the Federal Aviation Administration.
The survey has to be renewed every two years as Hawaiian Airlines Vice President and Chief Operating Officer, Jon Snook, explains.
