
Tafuna High School’s Liualevaiosina Chloe Leiato, hopes that her achievements at the Hawaii and National Science Symposiums will inspire other students to get into science and other STEM fields.
Chloe’s research looked at the most effective coral restoration methods.
Her project placed second overall in the Pacific Symposium for Science and Sustainability and then went on to win third place in the 60th National Junior Science and Humanities Symposium, in the category of Life Science.
