Lt Governor Talauega Eleasalo Ale has told directors they must make allowances for unbudgeted costs.
He said during Friday’s cabinet meeting that there are times when the Governor sees something that needs to be fixed right away, something that wasn’t budgeted for.
The Lt Governor said when this happens directors should accommodate and process payment instead of stalling.
