Governor Lolo Moliga has re-appointed four current members of the Board of Directors of the American Samoa Telecomunications Authority.
In a memo issued yesterday the governor reappointed Alofagia Nomura, Taiulagi Asuega, Omar Shalhout and Iulogologo Joseph Pereira.
“Each of these members have faithfully served in their roles during their previous terms and will continue to move ASTCA forward,” said Lolo.
The governor said Iulogologo will continue to serve as Chairman of the Board.
With these reappointments, the ASTCA Board is now comprised as follows:
Iulogologo J. Pereira, Chairman, At Large, term expires December 2022
Alofagia Nomura, Member, At Large, term expires December 2022
Taiulagi Asuega, Member, Private Sector, term expires December 2022
Omar Shalhout, Member, Private Sector, term expires December 2022
Solip Hong, Member, At Large, term expires November 2021
Dr Tupulua Bone Ta’ase, Member, At Large, term expires November 2021
Ben V. Sauvao, Member, Private Sector, term expires June 2022
Members of the ASTCA Board are not subject to Fono confirmation.
