Hawaiian Air Flights Suspended til Dec 31

Hawaiian Air flights are now suspended all the way up to the end of the year.

That’s about the only change in the 10th Amended Declaration for COVID-19 issued tonight by Governor Lolo Moliga.

Under the 9th Amended Emergency Declaration which was in effect until Nov 1st, all Hawaiian Airlines flights were suspended up till November 30. However the latest declaration states that all HA flights will continue to be suspended for an additional 30 days with reconsideration slated for December 31st.

Business hours remain at 5am-9pm, and the same hours of operation apply for buses and taxis. In addition buses and taxis can only carry half their seating capacity.

The only exception to the restrictions on business hours is StarKist Samoa.

Buses that transport StarKist employees are also exempt from the 5am-9pm hours of operation and the limit on number of passengers.

All flights from Samoa on Samoa Airways and Talofa Airways are suspended but if there’s an emergency need for flights, this option will be considered by the governor and lt governor. All other CODE BLUE restrictions from previous declarations remain.
