Governor Lolo Moliga said there’s been visible improvement in the flow of traffic since the new traffic rules went into effect.
He added that bus stops in Nu’uuli and Utulei have been removed as they were the cause of traffic bottleneck.
“Being stuck on the road for 1-1/2 hours, takes away valuable time from the lives of people,” he said.
The governor also informed directors that discussions are continuing with families for alternate roads.
