Tenants on the move at Industrial Park

Wholesale, distribution, fabric and clothing manufacturing, electrical and computer services are some of the new business operations taking up lots at the Daniel Inouye Industrial Park in Tafuna.

The lot between ANZ Bank and Nu’uuli Technical Vocational High School facing the Pala Lagoon, formerly Pacific Products, is being leased by Niu Group Inc., owned by Lei Stevenson.

The Department of Commerce says the business plans to set up a wholesale and retail operation at the site.

Steven & Sons, owned by Steven and Tai Shallout, has the former Pacific Products lot on the other side between ANZ Bank and Ford Motors. The company intends to operate a wholesale and distributorship there.

Island Image, owned by Theresa Terri Steffany, is leasing the lot that used to be Malama TV and plans to use it for a fabric and clothing manufacturing business.

Young Electric, owned by Peter and Sandra Young, is leasing the lot facing the VA Center  and airport runway and is currently constructing a building at the site for electrical and computer services.
