The group from Saleaumua village in Samoa that will be entertaining for Flag Day is scheduled to arrive this Thursday.
The Governor’s Chief of Staff Fiu Johnny Saelua says the group. numbering 178. will be staying at the Department of Youth and Women Affairs Center in Pago Pago.
For the last few years groups from Samoa invited for Flag Day have been hosted at the DYWA Center which is a departure from the old days when villages volunteered to host malaga from Samoa.
Descendants of Saleaumua village residing in the territory are expected to help with taking care of the group from their village who will perform a pese and siva next Wednesday for Flag Day.
The other entertaining groups are Leone High School, Samoana and Tafuna High School.
