National Marine Sanctuary of American Samoa staff, the media and BlueSky, got to experience a virtual dive of local marine sanctuary waters this morning.
The virtual dive is one of the newest fun things that the Office of National Marine Sanctuaries has made available at the Tauese P Sunia Ocean Center.
Imagine submerging in unknown depths and seeing colorful marine life like fish, planktons, corals and other undersea life, without getting wet.
Chiara Zuccarino –Crowe, Tourism and Recreation Coordinator from the Office of National Marine Sanctuaries in Washington D.C. explained that their partnership with a US company has made it possible to film 360 images of the local marine sanctuary.
