The joint partners of Polynesia Shipping Services Inc, G.H.C. Reid and Swire Shipping, have announced that they have mutually agreed to end their partnership in Polynesia Shipping Services effective June 30, 2018.
GHC Reid will continue to operate Polynesia Shipping Services as full owner while Swire Shipping will be establishing an independent operation on July 1, 2018.
Swire Shipping will be contacting its customers with more information shortly.
A joint statement says both GHC Reid and Swire Shipping have enjoyed a long and successful relationship and wish to thank each other for the many years of partnership.
Polynesia Shipping Services thanks all its staff and customers for their valuable support and continued support moving forward.
