A father faces several sexual charges including sodomy, incest, deviate sexual assault, sexual abuse in the first degree and endangering the welfare of a child.
The victim is the defendant’s 13-year-old biological daughter.
The girl told police that when her mother and older siblings went to work at the cannery, and left her sleeping on the same bed as her father, he performed oral sex on her.
Police say the defendant admitted he performed oral sex on his daughter.
The defendant is being held on bail of $25,000.
