As Candidate for Congress Mrs. Meleagi Suitonu Chapman sees it, money is the territory’s biggest need.
And if elected November 8, she assures that she will make the contacts acquired through her federal job, work for American Samoa.
Mrs Chapman, who is making her second bid for the territory’s seat in Washington D.C., says since she announced last month she’s received positive reaction from voters.
She gave her views about the territory’s needs in an interview with KHJ News.
