More tax refund checks will be released tomorrow, Tuesday, March 28.
An announcement from Treasurer Malemo Tausaga says, Batch 3 will be out tomorrow and will cover 1022 taxpayers who filed their 2022 taxes February 7-9th. The total value of the checks is $3.2 million.
Local refunds total $2.1 million, Additional Child Tax Credits amount to $896,875 and Earned Income Tax Credit checks total $190,965.
The refund checks will be disbursed through direct deposit in bank accounts, through the Post Office and at the Disbursing Office.
