The question was posed by Senator Malaepule Saite Moliga to the Director of the American Samoa Mediciad State Agency, Sandra King Young, when she appeared before the Senate Select Investigative Committee last week.
The Manu’a Senator notes that the purrs for which TalofaPass was established, —that is to bring local residents home while keeping COVID out— no longer applies.
