The Mosooi Festival Farm Fair organized by the Department of Agriculture at the Veterans Affairs field in Tafuna attracted large crowds on the opening day yesterday.
From the time it was opened in the morning to last night, people streamed in to take a peak at and sample what the growers, farmers and chefs have produced.
Yesterday several schools visited the fair which has everything from cooked food to vegetables, fruits, crops, ornamental plants, ferns, palms and livestock.
Tafuna Elementary, Manulele Tausala, Matafao Elementary, Kanana Fou and Fagaitua High School students were enjoying the fair when KHJ News reporter Tairah Feagaimaali’i checked it out.
She talked with Fagaitua High School teacher Fia Fa’alilo.
