DOE offers employability & life skills summer program

For parents looking for a summer program to enroll your kids in, the Department of Education Career and Technical Education division is hosting its annual 21st Employability and Life skills Development Program this summer, from June 27th-August 5th, 2022.

It is for incoming Juniors and Seniors and DOE will pay them to take courses.

Yes, they will take classes and get paid.

The goals and objectives of 21st Century Learning can be broken down into 3 categories of skills/literacies: 1. Financial Literacy 2. Employability and life skills 3. Computer Applications.
