
The Territorial Bank of American Samoa is getting the word out early about a scheduled server maintenance project, that is to begin on the evening of Saturday, April 16th, 2022.
TBAS says the maintenance work is necessary to upgrade servers in order to establish increased system resiliency.
It will take all banking services offline for an estimated 16 hours.
The bank recommends that all customers, please, take the necessary steps, ahead of time, to ensure you are prepared. This includes completing all food shopping, and ATM withdrawals prior to services being taken offline.
The outage is from 7:30 PM, Saturday, April 16th, through 12:00 PM, Sunday, April 17th, 2022
Services that won’t be available during the system outage are:
- ATM (for Territorial Bank customer only)
- Debit Card Transactions
- Online Banking
- Mobile Banking
- Remote Deposit
Required server upgrades will establish an increased system resiliency.
