For passengers traveling on the Friday, July 9th, 2021 (HA 916) or Medical Charter 11.0 flight, the Department of Health Tafuna Clinic will be conducting COVID-19 testing on the following dates only:
- Wednesday, July 7, 2021 from 9am to 12pm
- Thursday, July 8, 2021 from 9am to 12pm
The COVID-19 testing is purely voluntary and not mandatory for travel on the charter flight.
The service is being provided as a courtesy for those passengers who need it for their final destination in the US mainland or for any other reason.
Please make sure to visit the Medicaid Office to pick up your verification letter in order to take your COVID-19 test.
Masks are required upon entry at both the Medicaid Office and the DOH Tafuna Clinic. If you have any questions, please contact the Medicaid Office at 699-4777.
