Polynesia Shipping has advised that there will be no sailing of the MV Fotu o Samoa this week.
As we reported this morning one of the boat’s engines went down and it wasn’t able to sail from Apia last night as scheduled.
The Samoa Shipping Corporation had hoped to have the engine fixed and possibly sail from Apia tomorrow or have the lady Naomi sail here instead if the engine could not be fixed.
However the local agents for the Samoa Shipping Corporation announced this afternoon that there will be no sailing at all this week.
The public will be advised about the next sailing of the Fotu.
