Police are investigating a recent case of vandalism at Coleman Elementary School in Pago Pago.
When teachers turned up to prepare their classrooms for the new school year last week they found two ECE classrooms in disarray with books, crayons and other school supplies strewn across the floors.
Cupboards were ransacked.
ABC mats and a water cooler were also removed.
School staff said that the culprit or culprits used a sharp object to pry open the locks to the classrooms.
Teachers worked last week to clean up the mess in the ECE classrooms and the doors have been secured.
A police report has been filed but as of yesterday no arrests had been made.
