$26,333.72. That’s what customers of Neil’s Ace Home Industries contributed and Ace matched in the store’s annual Angel’s holiday fundraiser for the American Samoa Community Cancer Coalition.
A check in that amount was presented yesterday by Nadine Solofa Taufaasau on behalf of company CEO Ngaire Ho Ching to officers of the Coalition in a handing over ceremony at the store at Malaeimi. 
The cancer coalition was represented by vice chair Archie Taotasi Soliai and Christinna Lutu Sanchez.
Training officer for Neil’s Ace Home Industries, Monique Solofa said the money that customers contributed of more than $13,000 exceeded donations from the last eight years.

Last year over 35 cancer patients received stipends from ASCCC.
Within a week of January 2018, close to ten applications have been received and all will be awarded a stipend.
