Why isn’t the road repaired immediately after ASPA contractors dig it up to make water pipe repairs underground?
That’s a common question concerned residents have asked ASPA officials.
Customer Service Manager Ryan Tuatoo explained the process that subcontractors and ASPA’s Water division go through when an underground pipe repair is made.

ASPA hopes to have all of the water infrastructure replaced in the next 18 months.
Currently, ASPA has a water loss of 65% due to leaks in outdated pipes that were originally installed almost 50 years ago.
ARPA money is funding these projects.
