Governor Pulaalii Nikolao Pula has made eight recess appointments to the Feleti Barstow Public Library Board of Directors.
He announced the appointments in a November 26 memo.
Appointed for four year terms are:
- Maefau Dr. Mary Taufetee, DOE Director
- Lance Glodowski, DOE representative
- Dr. Ernie Seiuli, ASCC representative
- Faailoa Seui Afalava, ASC representative,
- Dr. Salote Aoelua Fanene, Business representative
- Lance Te’i, Business representative
Appointed for two-year terms are:
- Aitofi Lomu, at-large representative
- David Addison, at-large representative
The Governor said the appointments are effective immediately and will be submitted to the Legislature for confirmation during the next regular session.
He expressed confidence in the newly appointed board members and requested the continued support of government agencies, community partners, and the public as the Feleti Barstow Public library advances its services to the people of American Samoa.
