Lance Smith of NOAA Fisheries is holding two public meetings and hearings on Tutuila over the next few days: One tonight at the Tradewinds Hotel and one next Tuesday at the Lee Auditorium. Doors are open at 5:30, the public meetings start at 6:00, and the public hearings start at about 7:00.
