The Boys & Girls Clubs of American Samoa (BGCAS) welcomed community members, families and local leaders to its Open House event Tuesday, March 24, 2026.

Guests were invited to tour the Clubhouse, meet staff and experience firsthand the wide range of programs designed to support youth development as well as register their children on the spot. They enjoyed an inside look at the newly renovated Multipurpose Room and explored the Club’s state-of-the-art youth program spaces. From academic support and leadership training, to sports, arts and cultural enrichment activities, the Open House highlighted the organization’s mission to inspire and enable all young people to reach their full potential.

“Our organization was built on the pillars of providing a safe and nurturing environment, supportive adult mentors and innovative programs that address the needs of children and teenagers,” said Chairman of the Board of Directors, Mrs. Mary Ann Tulafono. “Through generous donations, community partnerships, small business and nonprofit collaborations and volunteer efforts, BGCAS has been able to grow its programs and expand its reach to more children and teens over the years. The Club’s impact resonates far beyond our local community, leaving a lasting legacy of hope, opportunity and positive change.”

The Boys & Girls Clubs of American Samoa extends its sincere gratitude to all who attended and supported the event. Special thanks to SOPAC Home & Family, KSBS, and 93 KHJ for their generous contributions.
