
Last Friday the Alpha Eta Chapter of Sigma Kappa Delta at the American Samoa Community College conducted its fifth induction ceremony at the campus Lecture Hall. The Alpha Eta Chapter welcomed eight new members:

- Ulalia Ekuale
- Manufou Lotulelei
- Asifoaeuta Lagai
- Judenino Supapo
- Danytra Tigilau
- Noel Tuitasi
- Oloitefumalevaipaepae Wilson
The ceremony was led by new 2026 Chapter President Oloitefumalevaipaepae Wilson, assisted by officers Manufou Lotulelei Vice President, Ulalia Ekuale-Secretary, Ninna Balauro-Treasurer, Judenino Supapo-Historian and Noel Tuitasi-Marshal.
With the fifth installment of Alpha Eta membership, the ASCC chapter advisor Mrs. Tauiliili-Mahuka described a few of their planned activities for the spring semester.
“This semester we hope to start a new series “Caught in a Constellation and Other Poems” of our Pacific Voices literary journal publication as well as host a spring literary festival to highlight original student poetry and prose from the journal.”
Every year the Alpha Eta chapter also makes a contribution to the SKD national project, which this year is the Dolly Parton Imagination Library.
