As Heart Health Month draws to a close, ASCC’s Nursing Program has teamed up with South Pacific Watersports to promote self care with a 5K and 10K Walk/Run this Saturday.
Nursing students along with Sandra Ho Ching head of ASCC’s Nursing Program and Paula Stevenson McDonald of South Pacific Watersports were guests on the Morning Show to promote the event and discuss the importance of taking care of one’s heart
