Governor Pulaali’i Nikolao Pula has reconstituted the Territorial Zoning Board with the appointment of new members and some returning members.
Members appointed by the Governor: Vesiai Poyer Samuelu, Taesaliali’i Lefiti, Puletu Dick Koko and Tiumalu Male Tiumalu whose terms expire March 20, 2028
Senate President’s appointee: James McGuire whose term expires February 25, 2026
Speaker of the House’s appointee: Rep Ape Asifoa whose term expires in February 27, 2028
Eastern District Governor’s appointee: Taesali Matagi whose term expires February 26, 2028
Western District Governor’s appointee: Motuiliu Vesi Matu’u whose term expires February 26, 2028
Manu’a District Governor’s appointee: Tavita Tili whose term expires March 1, 2028
The Governor said that he and the Lt Governor will call an important meeting with the newly constituted Zoning Board for the purpose of providing a clear understanding of zoning regulations and administrative rules.
