A suspect is being questioned in connection with crystal methapmphetmine that Customs officers found in two boxes at the customs warehouse this past Monday.
A man who went to pick up the two boxes from a freight-forwarding agency in Tafuna this morning was seen being taken by officers from the Vice and Narcotics Division as he exited the agency.
On Monday, Customs agents found almost 2 pounds of crystal methamphetamine inside the boxes. We had earlier reported that the drugs were discovered in one box; however, our sources say that the drugs were in two boxes, not one.
The man who was taken in for questioning is believed to be the addressee of the two boxes.
