In Hawaii, Aukusitino Noga and his wife Jamilee Noga are banned from all Hawaii State Department of Education property following an alleged assault of a school official.

A surveillance camera in the parking lot outside the Moanalua High School gym recorded an incident, when 40 year old Aukusitino Noga, allegedly assaulted Moanalua High School associate athletic director Natalie Iwamoto on Dec. 4.

The Nogas were in court Wednesday for the temporary restraining order hearing filed by Iwamoto. Mr. Noga pled not guilty to felony assault and battery.

With the assistance of the sheriffs, the Nogas were issued a lifetime ban from all Department of Education public school campuses following the incident.

Natalie Iwamoto’s TRO was granted by the judge on Wednesday, against Aukusitino Noga for 3 years. A TRO was also granted against Jamilee Noga.

Iwamoto’s attorney, Lyle Hosoda, said Iwamoto was accompanying basketball referees to the parking lot when the incident happened.

The video appears to show the Nogas confronting Iwamoto and the referees as they try to leave. It shows the man identified as Noga, punching Iwamoto as she walks backward, away from him, and falls over a small child.

A spokesperson for the State Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation confirmed to Hawaii News Now that Noga is an adult corrections officer.

The lifetime ban supersedes Mr. Noga’s initial ban from Moanalua High’s campus.
