Governor Pulaalii Nikolao Pula has appointed 14 members to the Criminal Justice Planning Board (CJPB).
The Chairman of the Board shall be selected from among the appointed members. Members of the CJPB shall serve without compensation or other emoluments.

- Asaua Fuimaono — Public Defender
- Panisia Neueli — Director, Department of Human and Social Services
- Talalupelele Sunia Fiso — Department of Health, Behavioral Health Services
- Dora Ah Sue — Director, Office of Protection and Advocacy for the Disabled
- Jennifer Tofaeono — AS Alliance Against Domestic and Sexual Violence
- Ertta Laumoli — Society of Faafafine in American Samoa
- Palaita Tusipasi Suiaunoa — Director, Department of Corrections
