A man accused of committing sexual acts to his own daughter and a niece is being held without bail at the Territorial Correctional Facility. Both victims are 15-years-old.
The defendant faces a total of 15 charges: four of sodomy, four of incest, five of endangering the welfare of a child, one of rape, and one of first degree sexual abuse.
The daughter told investigators of three incidents between January and April of this year, when her father touched her breasts and private parts while she was sleeping. In one incident, he allegedly raped her. The daughter also told police that her 15-year-old cousin who was staying with their family told her that the defendant also touched her breasts and private parts.
The niece told police that one such incident happened before the summer of 2024, and the second one occurred in January of this year.
When he was questioned by police, the 49-year-old defendant admitted what he had done to the two girls.
