Seven graduates of the American Samoa Community College Spring Class of 2025 have been awarded ASG scholarships for undergraduate studies off island. The scholarships are $5,000 per semester for two years which totals $20,000.
The students signed their Memorandums of Understanding with the ASG Scholarship Committee and the Department of Education earlier this week.
The scholarship recipients are:
- Harmony Leo studying business administration at Walla Walla University
- Lelei Fuiava studying Biology at University of Hawaii, Manoa
- Heleine Willis majoring in English at University of Hawaii, Manoa
- Divinity Savusa studying Law & Communications at University of Arizona
- Tauva Launiu majoring in Biology at Chaminade University,
- Faatele Toaititi majoring in Criminal Justice at Monroe University
- Analiz Sililia majoring in Social Work at Walla Walla University.
