Governor Pulaalii Nikolao Pula told the 71 graduates of the American Samoa Community College (ASCC) 82nd Commencement Ceremony, last Friday, to view this milestone not as an end, but as the beginning of a new chapter.
He urged them to continue seeking knowledge, saying there is no limit to education.
“Through lifelong learning and collective efforts, true wisdom and meaningful impact are achieved,” he advised.

Commencement speaker, Adrian Vasai, Director of the Office of Vocational Rehabilitation emphasized resilience, sharing examples of well known figures who overcame rejection and hardships to succeed. She also encouraged graduates to continue striving for excellence, remain resilient and give back to their families and the territory.
