
Governor Pulaalii Nikolao Pula has appointed new members to the Alcohol Beverage Control Board, which reviews and approves licenses to sell alcohol.
Appointed for two-year terms are Falefata Moli Lemana, Sam Meleisea, Teri Steffany, and Polofaasoa Pese. Appointed for one-year terms are Natasha Ledoux Sonoma, Gloria Avalos, and Makuisa Amotai.
The governor has also appointed seven new members to the Board of Directors of the American Samoa Council on Arts, Culture, and Humanities.
Pati Pati Jr. is Chairman, Elinor Lutu-McMoore is the Vice Chair, and board members are Peseta Tialuga Seloti, Voloti Malietoa, Eti Ueligitone Eti, Sailimalo Terisa Sooto-Palmer, and Tunatunaolupelele Maae.
Appointed to the Board of Trustees for the Jean P. Haydon Museum are Regina Meredith—Chairperson—and members Atalina Coffin, James Himphill, Tapaau Dr. Dan Aga, and Falana’i Ala. Their terms are one year.
