McDonald’s Restaurant in Samoa has signed a lease agreement with the Samoa Airport Authority (S.A.A) formalizing plans to construct a branch at Faleolo Airport.

The Samoa Observer reports that the lease signing between McDonald’s and the Samoa Airport Authority took place earlier this week.

The journey towards McDonald’s expansion in Samoa began in 2017 when the owner, Tautolo Agaoleatu Charlie Tautolo, unveiled plans for strategic growth.

He disclosed his intentions to enhance McDonald’s presence in Samoa, including the $7.4 million renovation for the Apia branch and plans to introduce a 24/7 restaurant at Faleolo International Airport.

The Faleolo branch’s location is strategically positioned within the airport premises, where the cargo warehouse previously stood.

This prime location aligns with McDonald’s vision to offer convenient dining options for travelers and airport visitors, complementing the company’s commitment to accessibility and customer satisfaction.
