
The Territorial Bank of American Samoa (TBAS) has launched its omni channel contact center, which offers customers various ways to contact and get support from the bank.
The center is open Monday to Friday from 8am to 4pm, and customers will be able to communicate with bank staff in English and Samoan.
President and CEO of TBAS Owen Peery says this new service enhances the bank’s ability to meet customers needs promptly and effectively.
