The LBJ Hospital’s partnership with Oregon Health and Science University and Casey eye Institute continues. Ophthalmologist Dr. Dave Poulsen spent a week at LBJ doing cataract surgery and training LBJ ophthalmologists in using the latest technology. Earlier this year, Casey Eye Institute donated a laser machine for the local hospital.
Yesterday, CEO of LBJ Dr. Akapusi Ledua thanked Dr. Paulson, OHSU and the Casey Eye Institute for their invaluable contribution which has enabled the local hospital to conduct eye surgeries with the latest cutting edge technology.
