Samoa Airways is increasing its inter-Samoa flights with recertification of its third Twin Otter, which has been undergoing repairs for the last 12 months.
The airline announced today that beginning Sunday, September 24th, it will begin scheduling flights on Mondays between Fagalii Airport and Tafuna.
Since international borders were reopened in August 2022, Samoa Airways has been flying only six days of the week, Tuesday to Sunday, between the two Samoa. There are no flights on Monday.
But with the third Twin Otter back in service, the airline will now have daily flights the whole week.
Under the new flight schedule, Samoa Airways will have three scheduled flights on Sundays between Faleolo and Tafuna; then the rest of the week the flights are between Fagalii and Tafuna with 4 scheduled flights on Monday, and 5 every day for the remainder of the week.
All dates mentioned are Samoa time, one day ahead of American Samoa.
