Since last week, three inmates have escaped from the Territorial Correctional Facility.
Saturday, repeat escapee Joeita Faaaliga burglarized a local business and was later spotted by a civilian in Ottoville who reported the sighted to the Department of Public Safety.
When authorities looked into Faaaliga’s, they discovered that two other inmates, Naia Lauafiso and Martin Sega also escaped.
Lauafiso was apprehended, yesterday, by an off duty cop, while Sega remains at large.
Meanwhile, Faaaliga returned to the TCF on his own. This would be the fourth time that Faaaliga has escaped from TCF this year. His escapes, that we know of, took place in January, March and April.
