
Two noted authorities on the Samoan Language will be featured speakers at the culminating event for Samoan Language Month on Friday.
They are former Head of State of Samoa Afioga Tuiatua Tupua Tamasese Efi and Tofa Fofo Iiga Sunia.
They will speak about leadership and the Samoan language.
The event caps off the first commemoration of Samoan Language Month organized by the Samoan Language Commission. There have been workshops with musicians, church ministers, media, a cultural day for the youth and a church service.
The presentations by Afioga Tuiatua and Tofa Fofo take place Friday at the Lee Auditorium, from 7:30 AM to 1:15 PM.
