Neil’s Ace Home Center continues to give back to the community.

Yesterday, CEO Ngaire Ho Ching and Manager Nadine Solofa Taufaasau presented a $50,000 check to Bishop Peter Brown, to go towards renovations of the Senior Day Care Unit at Hope House.

The unit is a place for elderly members who are well and healthy to spend their day with other seniors. They are occupied with activities such as making arts and crafts, playing cards, singing, and dancing.

Bishop Peter Brown, along with the Chairman of the Hope House Board, Larry Sanitoa, and Deacon Chair Uiagalelei, who is in charge of the Fatuoaiga facilities, were on hand to receive the donation.

“On behalf of the Diocese and Hope House Board, I take this opportunity to sincerely thank Neil’s Ace Home Center and the Scratch family for their very generous gift,” said Bishop Brown.

“We are truly blessed by the magnificent support of our local business without whom hope house would not be able to serve the elderly of American Samoa.”
