Four of the passengers who arrived on Hawaiian Airlines, Thursday, tested positive for COVID upon arrival.
They and 7 close contacts were taken for isolation at the quarantine site at the airport hangar.
There were 241 travelers on the inbound flight and the rest tested negative and were allowed to go home for self quarantine and monitoring via TalofaPass.
The negative passengers are not required to undergo a second COVID test.
