Last night on NBC, American Samoa’s own Tennelle was the final act on American Song Contest, once again performing her signature song, Full Circle.
Again co-host Snoop Dogg could be seen jamming in the background as Tennelle, wearing a dress that featured a fine mat and tapa was surrounded by an ensemble of 10 back up dancers.
Tenelle posted after she left the stage, “I haven’t cried this much since my brother passed.”
“But, these are happy tears.”
“The “Full Circle” is that I was so sad when he passed and to feel his presence on stage… it’s overwhelming me with emotions.”
“JUSTIN PARADISE. I love and miss you bro.”
“I’m winning this competition for all the loved ones that we have lost. Please be with me Lord.”
“God gets all the glory here.”
