The Chairman of the COVID-19 Task Force Lt. Governor Talauega Eleasalo Ale, told the American Samoa Chamber of Commerce that they are looking at lifting restrictions under the emergency declaration for COVID-19 by the summer.
At the weekly press conference of the Task Force, we asked the chairman what factors they would consider in deciding whether or not to go ahead with this plan.
