The Pago Pago Post Office took delivery of 45,000 lbs of mail on the special cargo flight on Monday night. That mail has been sorted and ready for pick up.
The next cargo flight bringing mail is arriving Friday, Christmas Eve, Dec 24.
Post Master Tao suani said the Post Office will be opened regular hours on Friday.
And it will be opened for package pick up only on Christmas Day from 11am to 2 pm.
